Transitional Kindergarten

Hello families! My name is Jessica Kinkel-Schuster and I have been teaching young children for over 10 years. I grew up in Newton, Iowa then attended Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. I graduated with a double major in Liberal Arts and Elementary Education. I have endorsements in Early Childhood, Language Arts and Reading.

I have taught Transitional Kindergarten in Indianola and now at Christ the King. I also have many years experience teaching First Grade in Las Vegas, Nevada. I grew up Catholic and attended Sacred Heart in Newton but then found myself a bit lost from my faith after moving away and teaching in public school. Christ the King has given me the opportunity to reconnect with my faith and help young children grow in theirs, for that I am forever blessed.

I have a wonderful husband Jeff and together we have three fabulous children, Aiden, Peyton and Mason. We enjoy going to the park, watching movies, cooking and reading stories as a family.
