Matthew Kelly writes, “The sole purpose of education is to help others become the best version of themselves.” My leadership philosophy is to create an atmosphere where students can become the best version of themselves by learning the skills needed to ultimately be a positive influence in their communities.
As a Leader in Me School, we teach to be effective, we need to win both the private and public victories moving our students from dependence to independence. Learning to develop self-mastery and achieve our most important goals through habits 1, 2, and 3.
The public victory moves us from independence to interdependence. This is our capacity to develop meaningful relationships and work well with others and comes through teaching habits 4, 5, and 6.
Through faith-based education, we are building Leaders for Life, Centered on Christ.
