  Leader in Me (LiM) is an evidence-based, comprehensive-school improvement model—developed in partnership with educators—that empowers students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive in the 21st century.
  
  Based on the proven leadership principles found in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Dr. Stephen Covey, The Leader in Me program results in higher academic achievement and equips students with the self-confidence and skills they need to meet future challenges and endeavors. The Leader in Me is woven into our curriculum and is a wonderful complement to the emphasis on faith and values that are part of every day at Christ the King Catholic School.
  
  Instead of focusing on academic measures alone, Leader in Me embodies a holistic approach to education, redefining how schools measure success. This approach empowers educators with effective practices and tools to:
